FLOW SOLUTION AND SYSTEM CO., LTD. provides a point-of-sale system for shops, restaurants and service businesses in Thailand. Shops subscribe by the month or by the year, and the subscription covers the software, the servers behind it, updates, security and support — there is no licence to buy and no maintenance contract to negotiate separately.
The system is built offline first. It runs on the device at the counter and does not need an internet connection to take a sale, print a receipt or close a shift. When a connection is available it syncs upward — sales, stock movements and reports reach the online back office, which the owner can open from anywhere. If the line goes down mid-service, nothing stops; the till catches up later on its own.

Our business

We operate on a subscription model. A shop pays monthly or annually for the right to use the POS system, and that single fee also covers installation, system administration, maintenance, software updates and advice on running the system well. We do not sell perpetual licences and we do not charge separately for support calls.
The shop keeps its own copy of its data on the till, and everything above that layer is our responsibility: the online services the system syncs with, access control and security, scheduled backups, and a documented recovery procedure for the day something fails. Clients are mainly independent retailers, restaurants, cafés and service shops in Thailand, including small chains running several branches from one back office.

Set up
We install at the shop, connect the printer, drawer and scanner, import your product list and prices, and train the staff who will use it on their first shift.
Run
Hosting, monitoring and security patching sit on our side. Updates are applied outside trading hours so nothing changes on screen in the middle of service.
Protect
Sales data is backed up on a fixed schedule and the backups are tested. If the connection or a device fails, the till keeps working offline and recovery follows a written procedure.

This policy explains how FLOW SOLUTION AND SYSTEM CO., LTD. collects, uses and protects personal data through this website and through the applications we publish. It follows the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) of Thailand.
Information we collect
We collect only what is needed to provide and support our services:
- Contact details you send us directly, such as name, email address and telephone number.
- Account information you provide when registering in one of our applications.
- Technical data generated in normal use, such as device model, operating system version and error logs, used to diagnose faults.
How we use it
Personal data is used to answer enquiries, to operate and improve our applications, to provide technical support, and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. We do not use personal data for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that host or operate parts of our systems on our behalf, limited to what the service requires and under a contract that obliges them to protect it. We also disclose data where required by law or by a valid order from a competent authority.
Retention
We keep personal data while the related service is active, and afterwards only for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on access-controlled systems. Access is limited to staff who need it for their work.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access to your personal data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to processing, request that it be transferred, or withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email develop@flow-solution.co. We respond within 30 days.
Children
Our services are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version is posted on this page with a new revision date.
